Our customer had selected one of our competitors to upgrade their standby power generation system. Once installed, the units were not able to parallel within 10 seconds as per their requirements. There were also issues with step load assistance on blackout and active synchronization. The project had been held up for 2 years with no solution in sight. We were selected to evaluate the system and provide a solution that would meet their strict specifications. Our team completed a site visit, planned the solution and pre-fabricated all the required components so that onsite time required was only 3 days. The completed system provides better than expected results and now parallels within 9 seconds.
